CALAMITY

Jane Akweley Odartey was born and raised in Ghana but now lives in Queens, NYC. She works as a Teaching Artist at the Queens Museum and also as an artisan for a small self-owned indie brand. Her visual art has been exhibited at the Sidney Mishkin Gallery in New York, and published/forthcoming in Verita La, Encounters Magazine, Literary Manhattan and elsewhere.
